ATLANTA EVENT PRODUCTION

Event Production Company in Atlanta

Fusion AVL is an event production company in Atlanta that handles the full technical stack — sound reinforcement, multi-camera video, lighting, LED video walls, and live streaming — with one crew and one point of contact. We've produced 500+ events over 15+ years, from single-room corporate meetings to multi-camera broadcast work for TEDx.

We're based in Atlanta and work nationwide. There's no storefront and no rental counter, because we're not a rental house. You bring the event; we bring the design, the equipment, and the engineers who run it.

What full event production actually includes

"Event production" gets used loosely, so here is what it means when we say it: every technical system your event needs, designed as one package and operated by one team.

How corporate event production works, start to finish

Most show-day failures were baked in weeks earlier, so the process matters more than the gear list. Ours front-loads the technical work:

How to choose an event production company in Atlanta

Search for stage lighting and sound in Atlanta and you'll mostly find rental houses. Renting equipment and producing a show are different jobs. When you're vetting an AV company for conferences, a few questions separate the two quickly:

What drives the cost

We don't publish a rate card because two "one-day corporate events" can differ enormously in scope. What actually moves the number:

Live event AV is one of the few line items where cutting cost shows up on stage, live, in front of your audience. The useful conversation isn't "what's your day rate" — it's "here's the event, where does the budget do the most good." That's the conversation we'll have with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book event production?

For a single-room corporate event, a few weeks is workable if crew and equipment are open. For multi-day conferences, LED walls, or multi-camera capture, start the conversation two to three months out — venue drawings, rigging approvals, and crew scheduling take real lead time. Earlier is always cheaper than a rush.

Do you only work in Atlanta?

No. We're based in Atlanta with no storefront, and we produce events nationwide. Recent work ranges from TEDx Tampa to a live broadcast and streaming build-out for the BAPS Hindu Mandir campus in Abu Dhabi. If the job travels, we travel with it.

Do you provide equipment, crew, or both?

Both, as one package: system design, the equipment, and the engineers who operate it. Where it makes sense we also work alongside a venue's in-house AV or your internal team. Either way there's one technical lead responsible for the whole show.

How does pricing work?

Every event is quoted individually, because scope varies too much for a flat rate — room count, camera count, LED versus projection, crew days, and travel all move the number. Send the basics through our contact form and you'll get a specific quote, not a range off a menu.

Send us the date, venue, and what your audience needs to see and hear, and we'll come back with a straight answer on approach, crew, and budget.
