A good install is mostly decided before anyone pulls cable. The process should look like this:
- Needs assessment. We attend a service or watch recordings of one. How a room is used — sermon-centric, full worship band, multiple languages, multiple services — drives every technical decision.
- Sanctuary AV design. Signal flow drawings, loudspeaker coverage modeling, camera positions, cable paths, and power requirements, documented before equipment is ordered. This is also where budget trade-offs get made honestly, on paper, instead of on a lift.
- Installation. Scheduled around your service calendar so the room never goes dark on a Sunday.
- Commissioning and tuning. Systems get measured and tuned in the actual room, with the actual band, at actual service volume.
- Training and documentation. Your volunteers get hands-on training and plain-English documentation they can use six months later when something behaves strangely.
If an integrator quotes you a gear list before they've asked how your services run, that tells you what kind of system you'll get.

Be cautious of any proposal that leads with a specific product line. Integrators tied to one manufacturer tend to design around what they sell rather than what your room needs.
Budget Reality and Phased Installs
The biggest cost drivers in a church AV installation are room size, rigging and structural work, LED wall size and pixel pitch, and how far you go with broadcast — a single locked camera and a multi-camera IMAG-plus-stream system are very different projects. We won't quote numbers on a web page because they'd be fiction without seeing your room.
What we will say: most churches don't need to do everything at once. We design the complete system up front, then build in phases — audio first, video later, for example — so the cabling, power, and infrastructure installed in phase one supports phase three instead of getting ripped out.
